These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeOwned Skin website, products, and services operated by Manthaan Healthcare and Wellness Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Products & Pre-Booking
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Product descriptions, images, and ingredient information are provided in good faith and may be updated periodically to reflect formulation improvements. Pre-bookings: Certain products are available for pre-booking ahead of launch. By placing a pre-booking order, you authorise us to charge your payment method and you acknowledge that the product will be dispatched on or around the stated launch date. Pre-booking orders are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
2. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Orders are considered accepted only upon confirmation of payment. We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout, processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are subject to courier availability, weather conditions, and public holidays. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of order. Kindly verify your details before confirming your purchase.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All return, refund, and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Refund Policy before making a purchase.
5. AI Skin Test & Digital Services
Our AI Skin Test and associated digital tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Recommendations generated by our AI system are personalised estimates based on the information you provide and should not replace consultation with a qualified dermatologist. By using the AI Skin Test, you consent to the processing of any skin images or data you upload in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of AI-generated recommendations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, formulation descriptions, branding, and software — is the exclusive property of Manthaan Healthcare and Wellness Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
7. User Conduct
