Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At BeOwned Skin, every product is formulated with clinical precision and shipped with care. We stand behind the quality of our formulations. If something goes wrong on our end — a damaged bottle, a defective seal, or an incorrect item — we will make it right. Please read the following policy carefully before raising a request.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances: • The product arrived physically damaged (crushed, cracked, or broken packaging). • The product is defective (leaking, separated formula, or compromised seal). • An incorrect product was delivered (different SKU or variant than ordered). To be eligible for a return: — Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. — Products must be unused and in their original packaging. — You must provide an unboxing video or clear photographs as proof of the issue. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases: • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed. • Dissatisfaction based on personal skin preference or expected results. • Minor variations in packaging colour, texture, or label print that do not affect product quality. • Skin reactions or sensitivities — individual responses to active ingredients vary. We strongly recommend a patch test before first use. • Products purchased during sale or promotional events (unless defective or damaged).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return or refund request: 1. Email support@beownedskin.com with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order ID]". 2. Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and attach your unboxing video or photographs. 3. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and communicate the next steps. 4. Refund Process

Once your return is reviewed and approved: • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. • For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI — you will be asked to provide your bank details during the review process. • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a product replacement instead of a refund — for example, when a product arrives damaged or defective. If a replacement is offered, we will ship the new item at no additional cost to you once the original product has been returned or we have verified the issue through photographic evidence. Replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our facility. • To cancel, email support@beownedskin.com immediately after placing the order with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Your Order ID]". • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible. • Pre-booked orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch date of the launch batch.

7. Pre-Booking Orders

Products currently available for pre-booking will ship on the official launch date communicated at the time of purchase. If we are unable to fulfil a pre-booked order due to production delays beyond 30 days from the stated dispatch date, you will be offered a full refund or the option to remain on the waitlist for the next batch.

8. Skincare Results Disclaimer

Skincare results vary from person to person depending on skin type, existing conditions, lifestyle, and consistency of use. The absence of visible results within a short period does not constitute grounds for a return or refund. We recommend consistent use over a minimum of 4–6 weeks and conducting a patch test before incorporating any new active into your routine.
